Withdrawl By Student

Students may withdraw from the AtoZ Phlebotomy class at any time.

No refund will be given.

 

All students sign contract forms that are notarized which states that the student is legally and

financially responsible for the 5-week National Certified Phlebotomy Training Course in the

amount of $1,100.00. Regardless of attendance or completion of the Phlebotomy course.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Progress Policy

Students are allowed one (1) make-up quiz or test to satisfy the 70% or higher grading policy. Students may also ask for Extra credit work packets to help keep their grades at the 70% or higher needed to pass the Phlebotomy class.

Placement Policy

AtoZ Phlebotomy Certified Training Course cannot guarantee

placement after completing our program.

 

We try to provide the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful Phlebotomist.

There will be Guest speakers that can assist with possible job opportunities, but this responsibility lies on you.

 

1. Be prepared-confident show a fantastic attitude when you are applying for any position.

2. Dress accordingly. If you want to be treated as a professional, then you need to present yourself as a professional.

3. Remember if you are starting a new career, you're starting over so you might have to take a pay cut until you have the opportunity to shine as a skilled professional National Certified Phlebotomist.

Inclement Weather

When an unexpected closure occurs due to extraordinary conditions such as inclement weather, students will be notified as soon as possible by phone or email.
