AtoZ Phlebotomy Nationally Certified Training Class is designed to provide the students with the necessary skills to be the vital part of any dynamic Phlebotomy healthcare team. Each of our Instructors are trained professionals with many years of experience in Phlebotomy and healthcare. At, AtoZ Phlebotomy Nationally Certified Training Class we set high standards for our students and expect all our students to excel with the help of our real-life scenarios given by our professional Instructors. In order for the student to meet and excel in our program, each student must bring a positive, determined... and enthusiastic attitude every day. Our professional Instructors are happy to assist with any questions regarding our Training Class policies and procedures.

Our mission at AtoZ Phlebotomy Nationally Certified Training Class is to provide students with the highest quality, hands-on education, and prepare them for a successful healthcare career in Phlebotomy and the medical field.
We understand their will be times during your training that you might feel overwhelmed or stressed. This is a completely normal feeling. Remember you are stepping into a new career especially in the medical field. Our staff will try and help you navigate through these feelings to become a better stronger more confident you.
1. Students need to demonstrate 80-100% accuracy on all skills taught in this class in order to receive "Pass" for this portion of the Program.
2. Students need to maintain 96%-100% attendance rate in class.
3. All Students need a 70% or greater on quizzes-exams-worksheets and homework assignments.
4. All Financial obligations must be paid in full before taking the final and National Phlebotomy Exams.
5. Students need to successfully complete 50-80 (remember most employers require at least 100 successful venipunctures) and 5-10 capillary sticks in order to take all Phlebotomy Exam.
Student are asked to bring in volunteers (family/friends) to help complete these requirements.
Students will perform venipunctures on the instructors and staff as well. We are here to help achieve these goals.
Students are expected to follow the AtoZ Phlebotomy Nationally Certified Training Class code of conduct while they are in a clinical setting. AtoZ Phlebotomy Nationally Certified Training Class reserves the right to dismiss any student who may be compromising or endangering the health or safety of any of the other students-staff or participants during the clinical and class training.
