Students must comply with Code of Conduct & Attendance Policy. If the student does not comply with these polices, they may be terminated by the Instructor or Owner of AtoZ Phlebotomy Certified Training Class and no refund will be given.
AtoZ Phlebotomy Certified Training Class reserves the right to dismiss any student on the following grounds:
1. Failure to meet financial obligations.
2. Failure to meet the minimum grade requirements and-or successful Venipuncture draws.
3. Failure to comply with; Code of Conduct Policy, Attendance Policy, Cell Phone use policy, Code of Conduct in the clinical setting and Academic Integrity Policy
