Each program will require at least a grade of 75%. Grading criteria is based on quizzes, homework, test, skills check off list, and the final examination. The student must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 = C or higher to remain in the Phlebotomy Training program.
Each student must successfully complete 50-80 venipunctures (employer require at least 100)
5-finger sticks plus a few other skills to complete and pass the Phlebotomy class.
No Refund will be given.
Student must pass the Phlebotomy Exam in order to take the National Phlebotomy Exam included with the class.
