Students must adhere to the following. No perfumes or Colognes of any kind. Full scrubs (top/bottoms) should be clean and neat. A watch with a second hand, (no Apple- Smart watch) no artificial nails and all nails must be kept short and clean. Tattoos must be covered. Solid covered shoes no crocs with holes. Hair pulled up off the shoulder and out of your face. No hats or caps are allowed. Maintain professional hygiene at all times. Failure to comply will result in loss of points or sent home from class and marked as Absence.
Cell phones use will NOT be allowed during class. Cell phones will be turned off or placed on silent and placed in the basket located on the instructor's desk. For those students who have minor children or elderly parents or grandparents you can provide them with the class number

If you are seen checking or using your cell phone during class/Clinical /Skills time you'll receive the following:
1. Verbal warning
2. Written warning.
3. You'll be dropped from the class
No Refund will be given.
