Cell phones use is prohibited during class and clinical hours. If you are seen checking or texting during class or clinical hours, you will be asked to leave for that remaining class. Cell phones can only be used in case of an Emergencies and the student will be asked to step out of the room. If either of these cellphone policies are broken the student may be terminated under the discretion of the instructors and no refund will be given.
Classes are only 3-hours during the week. 7-hours with an hour lunch on Saturday. I feel confident that everyone will survive until the end of class or during their lunch break without their phone. Our focus is on your education and training in the Phlebotomy field.
Students are asked to share the instructors phone number with their families to be used in cases of emergencies.
